Ticket Ordering FAQs:

How do I know the web pages are secure?

The padlock on the top and bottom of the pages show that the site is secure.



Why am I being asked for a Store Name?

This is a special discount program offered tthrough your employer or organization/association membership. Your specific employer or organization/association is identified by the store name.



What program/software do I need to purchase my online tickets or Membership?

You will need access to the Internet and have Adobe software to view and print out the tickets.



How do I add another ticket to my reservation?

You should go ahead and make another purchase through your store.



If I accidentally hit "submit" more than once, will I be charged more than once?

No, the program was written to prevent this from happening.



Can you tell me how to print my tickets?

You do not need to print your tickets.  Your tickets can be scanned from your mobile device. However, if you choose to print your order, after you place your order, there will be a link to your ticket and a print button to click on. OR you can go into your email account, click on the message and follow the prompts. You can print your tickets in black and white or color. Both will be accepted.



My tickets got stuck in my printer, how can I reprint them?

You do not need to print your tickets.  Your tickets can be scanned from your mobile device.  However, if you choose to print your tickets, tickets can be reprinted any time. The barcode is unique and can only be used once.



I keep getting locked out of the site, how can I complete my order?

Please call our help desk at 248-336-5841 between 9am and 5pm ET. We will be able to monitor the ticketing system and assist you.



I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tickets. What should I do?

If I purchased four adult tickets and one person cannot come can I keep their ticket to use another day? Get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be used any day in the calendar year of purchase by paying a small change fee. The Zoo does not offer refunds or rain checks due to weather and or animal availability and/or animal visibility. 



How can I get a confirmation number?

After placing your order, your confirmation number will appear on the screen.  You will also receive an email confirmation that will contain your confirmation number.
