Hours of Operation
January 1 - March 31, 2023: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
April 1 - September 4, 2023: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
September 6 - September 30, 2022: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
October 1 - December 31, 2022: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
CHAPERONE POLICY
Youth organizations receiving discounted admission rates must provide one adult (18+ years old) chaperone per ten (10) students, and chaperones must stay with students at all times regardless of age. Students found without a chaperone will be held in the Security Office.
In order to receive a group discount, you MUST purchase 20 or more tickets in your shopping cart. Tickets are valid for general admission during regular Zoo hours only and do not include vouchers for rides or attractions. DOES NOT INCLUDE WILD LIGHTS ADMISSION. Parking not included. Group Prices range from $14 - $24 Adults and $12 - $19 Child and Senior, subject to availability and date of purchase. Prices and operating schedule are subject to change without notice.

The ZooMeals voucher is redeemable at one of the following locations: Table 28 (formerly Arctic Café) open daily 11 a.m. to close, Buddy's Pizza - Detroit Zoo location only closed for the season or Detroit - Style Coney Dogs closed for the season. Tax included. No substitutions. Gluten free, vegetarian/vegan or other dietary options available upon request. ZooMeals vouchers must be redeemed at the main admission gates upon entry to the Zoo!!
