CHAPERONE POLICY
Youth organizations receiving discounted admission rates must provide one adult (18+ years old) chaperone per ten (10) students, and chaperones must stay with students at all times regardless of age. Students found without a chaperone will be held in the Security Office.

Wild Lights, presented by Corewell Health Children’s, has been lighting up the holiday season for more than a decade, and it’s easy to see why! This dazzling event is full of enchanting, animal-themed light sculptures that add a fun, whimsical twist to your festive adventures.

This is an outdoor event and limited to the front half of the Zoo. There will be no access to animal habitats during your Wild Lights experience. Children younger than 2 are admitted free. member discounts do not apply to this event. Wild Lights is hosted rain, snow or shine.
Prices range $15 - $25 based on date, time and ticket availability.Parking not included. Parking is $8 per vehicle for all members and non-members.Tickets MUST be purchased at least 24 hours in advance of intended date. Tickets are non-refundable. Offer expires January 4, 2025.
 
Prices and operating schedule are subject to change without notice. Wild Lights at the Detroit Zoo is an outdoor event; there will be no access to animal habitats.

This voucher provides pre-paid general parking for a car/van in one of the designated Zoo parking lots. Valid any night of Wild Lights through January 5, 2025.

Bus parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If bus parking is full upon your arrival, please drop off your guests and park offsite, then return for pickup when you're ready to depart.

  • In order to receive the group discount, you MUST purchase 20+ tickets in your shopping cart.
  • Group tickets not purchased directly from the groups 20+ website are NOT eligible for pricing shown on the groups 20+ website.
  • Groups needing to make a reservation and/or have an invoice issue are not eligible for online discount prices shown on the groups 20+ website.
  • Please note your quoted discounted price will be reflective of when your final count and agreed upon payment in full is received by the Detroit Zoo.
  • Tickets are valid for admission during regular daytime Zoo hours only and do not include vouchers for rides or attractions.
  • Group sales tickets do not include entry to Jack O'Lantern Journey, Zoo Boo, or Wild Lights. Parking is not included.
  • Group prices range from $14 - $22 for General Admission and $12 - $19 for Youth and Senior Admission, subject to availability and date of purchase.
